Location: 34621 State Hwy 11, Roseau MN 56751

Pay: $17-$22/hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4:30 PM

What You’ll Do

– Perform daily accounting and administrative tasks

– Become proficient in all BBDS required operating systems

– Create, maintain, and distribute required documentation

– Follow provided control procedures to complete tasks

– Complete shipping & receiving material when required

– Match vendor invoices and receivers and input them in the operating system

– Ensure all A/P checks are printed and processed in a timely manner

– Communicate with Customer Service Reps, Purchasing and Planning as required

– Follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures

– Collaborate with coworkers to improve processes and efficiency

– Maintain a clean and organized work environment

– Perform other duties as assigned by management

What You Bring

– Experience in an accounting field preferred

– High School Education/GED required, continued education preferred

– A strong work ethic and great attitude

– Ability to read, write, and follow written/verbal instructions

– Basic math skills

– Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed

– Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
